Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on July 1, 2025.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED" or "we") regarding the use of the VittaLoan Personal Loan Application (hereinafter referred to as the "VittaLoan App" or the "App"). All financial products and services within this App are provided by S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED"), and core business operations such as loan approval and fund disbursement are also carried out by S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED. THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is solely responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of this App. Please read these Terms carefully. Before you start using this App, you need to confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms.

1. Service Overview

1.1 The VittaLoan App is a platform that provides users with a convenient channel for applying for personal loans. All loan products and services are provided by S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED.

1.2 Loan applications submitted by users through this App will be reviewed by S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED in accordance with its internal policies and procedures, and S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED will decide whether to approve and disburse the loans.

1.3 THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED does not directly participate in the loan approval process, fund disbursement, or any financial transaction process. It is only responsible for technical support, user interface optimization, and daily operation and maintenance of this App.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old, have full civil capacity, and be able to independently assume legal responsibilities.

2.2 Users are required to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information to complete the registration and loan application process, including but not limited to name, ID number, contact information, bank account information, etc.

2.3 Users agree that S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED has the right to conduct a re-review of user eligibility in accordance with its internal policies, including but not limited to regularly updating user information and conducting credit reviews, and reserves the right to refuse services or terminate already provided services.

2.4 Users should ensure that all the information provided remains valid during the loan period. If any information changes, they should promptly update it through this App.

3. Loan Products and Services

3.1 Details of all loan products, including but not limited to interest rates, terms, repayment methods, and fee standards, are formulated and published on this App by S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED. Users should carefully read and understand all the terms of the loan products.

3.2 Users should ensure that they meet the application conditions and agree to the relevant terms before making an application. Once a loan application is submitted, it will be deemed that the user has fully understood and accepted all the terms of the loan product.

3.3 The disbursement, management, collection, and overdue handling of loans are all the responsibility of S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED. Users should fulfill their repayment obligations in accordance with the loan contract signed with S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED and directly communicate with S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED to resolve related issues.

3.4 Users agree that S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED has the right to make changes to the terms of loan products based on factors such as market conditions, policy adjustments, or the user's credit status. The changed terms will be published through this App and shall take effect from the date of publication.

4. Privacy Protection

4.1 THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED undertakes to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect users' personal privacy information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We will take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure the security of user information.

4.2 Users agree that S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED may need to collect, use, and share users' personal information during the loan application process to complete loan approval, disbursement, and subsequent management. S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED will handle user information in accordance with its privacy policy and assume corresponding responsibilities.

4.3 Users should understand and agree that their behavioral data on this App may be used for analysis to optimize service experience and enhance risk control capabilities, but will not be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed by the user or required by law.

4.4 Users have the right to view, modify, or delete their personal information on this App at any time. However, it should be noted that the deletion of certain information may affect the normal use of loan services.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for the content, quality, accuracy, reliability, or applicability of any loan products or services provided by S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED. Users should evaluate the risks and benefits of loan products on their own and make informed decisions.

5.2 For any direct or indirect losses caused by the loan products or services of S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED, including but not limited to financial losses and credit losses, THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable. Users should directly seek solutions from S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED and assume corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the loan contract.

5.3 THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure factors such as network interruptions, system failures, virus attacks, or hacker attacks. We will make every effort to restore services and minimize losses but shall not be liable for any losses incurred thereby.

5.4 Users shall bear additional costs such as network fees and equipment fees incurred during the use of this App on their own.

6. User Code of Conduct

6.1 Users shall comply with national laws and regulations as well as the rules and regulations of this application. They must not use this application to engage in any illegal, non-compliant, or infringing activities that violate the rights of others.

6.2 Users shall not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this App by any means, including but not limited to using malicious software or conducting DDoS attacks.

6.3 Users should respect the rights and interests of other users and shall not post false information, malicious comments, or engage in other behaviors that disrupt the order of the App.

6.4 If a user violates these Terms or relevant laws and regulations, THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services and reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities.

7. Amendment of Terms

7.1 THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified terms will be published on this App and shall take effect from the date of publication. Users should regularly check for updates to these Terms to stay informed of the latest content.

7.2 If a user does not agree to the modified terms, they should immediately stop using this App. Continuing to use this App will be deemed as the user's agreement and acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.

8. Termination of Services

8.1 Users have the right to stop using this App at any time and can request account cancellation through the in-app settings or by contacting customer service. After account cancellation, users will no longer be able to use all the functions of this App.

8.2 THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services without assuming any responsibility when it discovers that a user has violated these Terms or relevant laws and regulations. After service termination, users should continue to fulfill their repayment obligations in accordance with the loan contract.

8.3 After service termination, THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will handle users' personal information and data in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the provisions of this App.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 The interpretation, execution, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of India.

9.2 Any disputes arising between the user and THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED from the use of this App should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute can be submitted to the people's court at the location of THUNIL SUPER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED for litigation.

User Declaration: I have read and understood all the above terms, agree to abide by and be bound by them. I will fulfill my repayment obligations in accordance with the loan contract and assume legal responsibilities for any violations of these Terms or relevant laws and regulations.
